Security Management

For DOBRÁ AGENTURA a.s. we designed and delivered a complete new-generation system for managing security operations, replacing an outdated platform and migrating historical data. The web portal gives managers and clients tools for shift and patrol planning, fine-grained client configuration, and an alarm dispatch console, built for high availability at up to 3 million events a day.

For guards out in the field, we built a companion mobile app focused on reliable patrol verification and fast incident reporting. It works in offline mode and syncs automatically once connectivity returns, with NFC-based check-ins, GPS route verification, photo documentation and automatic number-plate recognition.
