A private elementary school struggled with keeping records of developmental and extracurricular activities that staff prepare individually or in teams. We designed and built a mobile app and a server backend where they can easily plan their projects.

It supports tracking task completion, sharing progress, involving colleagues, and showing an overall summary for school management. Timely submission of task outputs is now standard practice at the school.
